Okay, the ending... I just... can't. It was horrible and perfect and sad and still sad, and just... all the emotion... And I can't stop thinking about it, which, I suppose, is probably one of the best ways to finish a good series. I mean, I guess I'm a little happy that they ended it after Arthur's passing, because without him I don't think I could keep watching it.

I wasn't happy they ended the series the way they did but it actually wasn't Arthur's death that I found disappointing. I thought that what they DID do was done very well-it's what they did NOT do that I had a problem with. That aside, it was a seriously moving episode, one that left me sobbing and broken for weeks.
I LOVE your drawing, it captures Merlin's despair so well. His expression is heartbreaking (as it should be) and Arthur, well, let's just say you did a fantastic job there.
